Rule with %date% and %time%

I have a few rules that will send a notification to my cell phone. I reference %date% and %time% in the notification. This ends up sending the LITERAL STRING "yyyy-MM-dd hh:mm". I thought these rules worked about a year ago, but some recent update broke them.

I have some other rules created under "Notifications" where %date% and %time% work as expected. I think I used the regular Rule Machine for a some of my situations that were more complex than I could handle in "Notifications", but maybe I'm just misunderstanding. Anyway, is there a way I can get those variables working under RM rules?

If this is the same issue as reported here, it will be fixed in the next release:

Hub variable for %date% suddenly not working?

Rule Machine config has existed and worked for years. Suddenly the variable for %date% is expanding to its configured format, as opposed to the final values. I did not explicitly change anything and rebooting hub didn’t help. Anyone know what’s going on? [IMG_4908]
