Rule maching and custom App will not save a time

Using both a custom APP that I want to run at a designated time or using RM I cannot set a time and have it stay, it always goes back to NULL no matter what I put in as the time.

I just checked Simple lighting has the same restriction.

I am on 1.0.4.706.

And I just figure out if I do times using an iPAD with Chrome it doesn’t save… Using a PC with Chrome it is not an issue.

Are you by chance using Safari on a Mac. We have had lots of problems with time input for that combination. Every other browser seems to work fine, just not Safari. We were not aware of iPad/Chrome issue, but I see that it doesn't work right. Thanks for pointing this out.
