I have a 4.1 rule that has multiple sunrise/sunset triggers with offsets. There appears to be a bug where if you have multiple sunset offsets they get ignored and only one is scheduled. Screenshots attached as an example rule that is not firing at Sunset -120
Yeah, this is a documented limitation. You can use separate rules that then run the actions of another, so you don't have to replicate the whole thing, just separate triggers.
I'll have to take your word for it, because I don't see that in the documentation site anywhere 
It probably got lost somewhere along the way. It's always had this limitation. We will get the documentation fixed. The limit has to do with sunrise/sunset offsets.
Either that or its a bug. I will investigate a bit...
