Hi, I don't know who to ask for this very small request so I figured I'd just post a new topic
I wanted to create a new rule to notify my phone when my daughter was in the car. But I couldn't figure out how to 'notify' my phone using Rule Manager.. I have the Notifier app which is super easy to use -- but I needed the full Rule Manager due to what I was using to detect 'in the car' part (using the Life360 driver -- custom attribute called 'isDriving')
Anyway, I eventually figured it out thanks to the post below:
Can someone add the text "notify" somewhere in this action? I feel like that's going to help people understand this one.. and probably used a lot more than 'Send HTTP request' too.
Send, Speak or Log a Message, Send HTTP Request
Maybe something like: Send, Notify, Speak or Log a Message, Send HTTP Request
(personally I think you could also drop the Log a Message, Send HTTP Request part or even separate them into a new action since that's probably for more advanced users anyway)
