Rule Machine error 404 when creating rule

Model C7, firmware version 2.3.7.146

When creating a rule, error shows:

Error 404. App type with namespace: hubitat and name: Rule-5.1 has parent type that does not match current app

I have tried removing the rule Machine app, soft restart. If I roll back to a previous version (2.2.2.126) I am able to create a rule but do not have access to the kasa integration in that version.

Can anybody help me with this problem?

Try hitting this endpoint -- just navigate to it in your web browser -- replacing hubitat.local with your IP address, ideally (or your actual mDNS name if that's not it and you want to try for some reason) to see if it helps:
