A RM rule I have displays a notification on my phone that is supposed to contain a formatted date and time. It has been working fine for quite a while until about the past couple of months. Now it is displaying "MMM dd hh:mm a". I have gone and checked the formatting. I set the formatting using the drop downs (without changing any of them), saved the rule and it seems that the rule would then format the output correctly until the next day when it would revert to the format string itself again.
This is a known issue in 2.3.8, to be fixed in 2.3.9, which is currently in beta.
