Room Lighting Question

I have successfully been using Room Lighting for my Garage Overhead lights for a year. I have a few motions plus a custom contact driver that makes motion active if my kitchen garage door opens so the light turns on when the door opens. I have a restriction to prevent the lights from turning on if my Hue Patio motion Lux is greater than 250. All good with this setup:

Room Lighting Configuration

The reason for my post is if I physically turn on the lights during the day when the Hue Patio Motion's Illuminance is greater than my set value of 250, the lights never turn off. This RL rule never activates with this physical turning on of the switch.

Is there a way for me to activate this app with a physical turning on of my garage light switch with the Illuminance activation limit?

Not from this Room Lighting instance. However, you could create a second room lighting instance for this light and have it be Activated by the Physical Switch only. It would have no illuminance limit and the Means to Turn Off would be the exact same (sensors inactive, switch off, elapsed time).

Basically, you would have two Room Lighting instances controlling this light. The first would be controlled by motion sensors and have the Lux limit. The second would be controlled by the physical switch and not be limited by Lux. The Means to Turn Off would be the exact same.
