Room Lighting Help

I need help. My front porch light wont turn off from room lighting. It will turn off manually though. can someone tell me what is wrong in my settings?

I would like the light to turn on just after sunset, and remain on for 2 hours. After that i would like it to turn off and only turn back on if the door is opened or the nest doorbell detects a person

App instances are free. I'd do this in 2 different instance of RL. You can add blocking conditions to the rules so the apps don't activate at the same time.
