With Room Lighting, For this many minutes, will it work properly with a decimal, or must it be an integer? For example, may I enter 0.75 minutes to get 45 seconds?
Should be fine . At least, I got away with .25 in a Minute dialog box successfully.

In Room Lights, the time to wait before turning off is decimal. That time is multiplied by 60 to get a number of seconds to wait. So, yes, 0.75 will yield 45 seconds.
In Rule Machine, hours and minutes are integers only. Seconds is decimal, so you can get fractions of seconds.
