Room Lighting and Time Periods

I saw a video on setting up time periods for led strip lighting. The first time period, morning, works great.
My issue is it does not transition the colors to the other time periods.
Here is the initial setup:

And here are all of my time periods:

As you can see, it thinks it is in the afternoon, which it is. What didn't happen is the change from purple to blue at 1300.

Any ideas?
I am not seeing any logs from the Room Lighting instance for this.

You want the "adjust on time period change" option
