Room Light rendering issue

I am on Windows laptop on Edge. I just noticed that the room light app rendering seems broken as shown below:

Interestingly, I use devtools to throttle internet speed in browser to "fast 3g" and it renders correctly. Probably might mean the the dependency and loading order of some css or js is an issue in the code?

It has done this for quite a while, I see this sometimes too.
I found just refreshing the page usually fixes it.
