Roku Connect app is not detecting my Roky TV

Update: I did a system restart on the TV and a while later the TV was visible to Roku Connect.

I was told to repost this to the developers forum:

I used HPM and installed the Roku Connect app. When I click the "Discover New Devices" button it does not find any. I turned on my one Roku TV and confirmed it is on the network. Any ideas why the app is not discovering my TV?

UPDATE: I fond this regarding control by mobile apps, enabled mine (Instead of limited), and still the TV was not detected.

Hey @zbernie123 - please re-post your question in the developers thread for whichever community Roku integration you are using. There is more than one. It is most likely to be seen and answered there. I don't know which community integration you're using, or I would've move your question to the appropriate thread.

This section (Get Help; Apps) is strictly for built-in apps. So I am closing this thread.
