RM5, If rule paused test reports an error

I am rewiting a RM4.1 rule in RM5.0 and came across this error. It looks like I only need the If statement to reproduce the error so I have stripped all other actions,

Seeing the same. Didn’t even have to run the rule - just adding the if condition triggered the error in the log on the latest platform version.

Moved to the RM topic and tagging @bravenel in case it requires a code fix.
