I found out about the %device% and %value% variables on here and have been trying to track down the documentation to see if there are any others. I checked the RM 5 documentation and found nothing, and they are very difficult to use in searches due to their names.
Can anyone help me find out more?

Use %device% to include event device name, %value% to include event value, %text% to include event description, %time% to include event time, and %date% to include event date.

It's documented directly in the app itself on Send Message action.
