I don't know when the screenshot was taken, so the values at that time were not something I considered. You can see the door is closed, for example. 
(I assume you verified that the door status does update correctly on the device page.)
I'd turn on logging as suggested and see what happens if you open the door for 15 minutes. You could take that delay down to 1 or 2 minutes for testing so you don't have to wait that long.
yeah, probably better to drop the time down to 1 minute so im not sitting here forever, good point.
Yeah was sitting here and saw the garage door turn true for the rule (in the rule).
yeah changed it to 1 minute, added day to the "modes" and it fired straight away.
turned off the logging and changed the time back and will test it again tonight. Not sure what happened there.
