RM Schedule shows multiple day of week entries. Not sure what to do if I only want one

I want the rule to run every Saturday at 6AM. Not sure what to do for the 2nd entry set (orange).

Change your Trigger type to “Periodic” and configure as shown below.

Or, just ignore the second section by not inputting a time. It appears RM will just ignore those days of the week without a time.

Found it! I was looking at the title bar of your example and wrongfully assumed Periodic Schedule was another app.
