RM issue in 2.1.0.106 Triggered Rule not accepting "<" or "<=" comparison

I'm trying to setup a triggered rule for when the power drops below 10W
I have a matching rule for >100W, but when I select "<" in the combo it simply clears the selection.
all other options work
