RM help - Trigger from multiple devices

Hi all,
Hoping someone can help me with this.
Basically I want to have it so that if one of many devices changes states - either on /off, lock/unlock etc. I need it to send a notification.

I came up with this rule. It however does not work as I hope. When I click done it sends the notification once and never again after.

I assume I am doing something wrong. Any help would be appreciated.

Create a Trigger, not a rule or triggered rule.

A trigger runs the action as soon as an event occurs (I.e. is triggered) without evaluating a rule/conditions.
