RM error on 2.0.5.113

I have a fairly simple rule that activates a Lutron scene based on mode change and current light levels. The rule has stopped working as of 2.0.5.113 and I cannot enter the edit screen. The error is:

Are you not able to open that rule? If you can open it, show it to me so I can replicate. If you can't, remove it and recreate it, and show it to me.

Correct, cannot even open the rule in 2.05.

I restored from 2.04 and here is the screen shot. (A nice to add feature might be a rule text and rule settings import/export, maybe even preformatted for Discourse forums.)

Found the bug. I will check about when we can get a fix out.

For whatever it's worth, the bug is in choosing All devices in a condition. I think we can do a hot fix, possibly tomorrow.
