I have noticed something for a while and thought I should raise it.
I often see False on its own in the manage conditions box
But however it got there, there does not seem to be a way to remove it from the edit screen.

I think management of conditions is due for a rework ready for the next release. There was a reason for how it is now, but Bruce is going to do a slight redesign and then the problem may be solved.
