RM can't see some presence devices

Hey gang, i'm sure that I am missing something here but can't figure it out

Moving back to using Life360 and Pushover for a while, until things settle down

Life360 and Pushover are installed and working fine so now I'm updating all my automations to use the new Pushover devices.

RM 3.0 can't see the new PO devices as conditions in either Rules or Triggers, they see the Mobile app devices just fine. I have tried rebooting the hub, starting with new Rules and Triggers... nothing.

What am I missing?

I could be mistaken, but I believe the pushover device has no state that could be used as a condition or trigger. It’s simply an output for sending a notification.

In contrast, the mobile app or Life360 devices are presence sensors, so they have the states of “present” and “not present.” These states can be used for RM conditions/triggers.

@marktheknife, Dang it, you are right and dumb me

I forgot that both L360 and PO will create devices. Last night I updated what I thought was the PO device to use the PO driver when in fact it was the L360 device, got me all screwed up

This morning I deleted everything and started over, now all is well
