Two of my longest rules are the ones that shut down the house at night and wake it up in the morning.
I have a Frame TV that I've been having bit of trouble getting it into the ART mode when the morning routine runs. To "fix" this I created a "repeat actions" do/while rule. This takes a minimum of about 30 seconds to run. It could take up to 2 minutes due to wait times/repeats in the second rule.
Is it better to call this other rule from inside the "wake/up-morning" rule...or simply just add those steps to the "wake/up-morning" rule.
I guess what I really need to understand is that when a HE RM rule calls another rule...does it go run that other rule and then come back to the next line in the original rule...or does the main rule keep running and the called rule runs at the same time? If the latter, it seems like it could lead to issues such as when turning off 25 lights one might miss from time to time.
