The use case here would be to debounce a trigger. In my case a water sensor that is just starting to get wet or in the process of drying causing multiple alerts actions to be executed and sent.
There are of course other ways to implement debounce with variables, etc., but using the "and Stays?" option seems elegant in that it is all contained in the trigger setup.
