When working with RM and I choose the option "Control HSM, Garage Doors, Locks or Valves" and then "Arm/Disarm Hubitat Safety Monitor" all of the options disappear. Can't tell it if I want to arm or disarm and can't save. My only option is to cancel.
I'm using Chrome as well. I'm on a Mac, if that matters.
Windows 10 here. Maybe try and clear the cache???? I did a trigger example and regular rule. Both show the options for me.
I have the same problem with Firefox and Safari, so not cache.
Can you post a screenshot of your HSM setup?
Sorry, meant to come back and say I had figured out the issue. HSM wasn't installed on the hub that I was working with. With 3 hubs you sometimes lose track. lol
