When defining a rule on android chrome browser. I created two conditions and then a rule with and AND. on android the rule is blank AND blank. using chrome on windows it work.
so to repo this attempt to create this using an android phone.

I'm using a Huawei phone with version 74.0.3729.136.
Can you grab a screenshot of the rule definition showing it blank? Works ok on my S9 and I'm on the same version of Chrome and Android 9.
Well. It works now. And I tried completely deleted rule last night and duplicated 3 times. If it happens again I'll get screen shot
