Ring Smart Bulb Directly to Hubitat

Hello!

I'm new to the HE space and is my first official smart home hub.
I have a Ring A19 Smart LED Bulb sitting around and was wondering if I could directly connect it to hubitat?

Ring Smart Bulbs are using a proprietary LoRaWaN implementation that requires the use of the ring light bridge.
