Why are these different (other than the security) ?
Routing? Can you post the native z-wave page version?
One is connected with security S2.
Sorry, I re-paired #2 without security before I posted the native z-wave page. But the NO DATA parts for #2 did not change.
Maybe data will eventually show up? Or maybe pairing close to the hub, like next to..thinking the one device didn't get initialized properly or maybe has different firmware

Likely different firmware revisions. You can clearly see in the above z-wave mesh page All but one device is now connected directly to the hub., 0x84 is going through range extender 1. Nothing is going through #2. Your mesh looks great.
