I am using C7 hub. Trying to pair Ring Keypad G2. Initially was able to pair out of the box using SmartStart from the Hubitat app. But Arm/Disarm did not work from Keypad with a code I set. I tried to run exclusion but was not able to and did Force Remove to remove the device and reset the Keypad from keyhole in the back on the Keypad. Deleted the device from SmartStart. Again got the KP in pairing mode (blinking green light three times). I can see inclusion successful in the SmartStart but the device does not show under Devices. Repeated the process few time but no luck. First time it got paired fine with the exception I could not arm it with a code. But looks like Force Remove broke it. Can you guys please help trouble shoot it? I have gone though threads with this issue but could not make it work so far. End goal will to have it paired and had the Arm/Disarm work from Keypad.
