Has anyone been able to get the Ring flood and freeze sensor to work properly? I can’t seem to get it to include with S2 security. Even though the security box pops up and I type in the five digit DSK code It’s still includes without security.
What’s strange is the tamper field works but I can’t get the contact field to change when it’s in water.
I know people have had problems with ring sensors if they’re not included with S2 security so I’m thinking this may be the problem but I’m not sure how to include it with S2 or if that will even make a difference.
