I keep going back to my settings and the time is always right. all the rules trigger 1 hour early. Any ideas as to what I do wrong?
What time zone are you in?
My guess is that this a DST-related mix-up.

Exactly! So far I just change the rules and add one hour to all of them. Is there any other solution?

No, I'm not in Canada, but hopefully a fellow Canadian will be able to confirm if there's a known time-zone discrepency in that area.
