I dont think its doing cloud backups / i havent setup cloud backups

I appear to have the same problem. I'm in AU with a C4 hub. I have the default z-wave stick that came with the hub.
My current work around is to reboot the hub after 4 am.

turning off the daily cloud backups seems to have stopped my zwave issues.

As Bobby said, many other C4 users would presumably report something similar after upgrading, but apparently they have not.

I have applied version 2.3.3.130 and turned off the timed reboot. After two days z-wave is still working. Therefore, it appears the issue is resolved.
