I set up a rule to restore some lights to the state they were on pre-activation (which in this case is off) and they keep getting set to 99%. Here is the app and the logs, am I doing something wrong? Is it seeing the current 99% setting but not seeing that the switch is off?
Never mind. It suddenly started working as expected
Guess I spoke too soon, sometimes it sets it to 99% , other times it turns it off, which is the correct state
From the Application Status page, please grab a screenshot of the portion of Application State where it shows capDevsC, and post that.
Ideally, what you could do is to grab that right after the lights have activated. It will show what was captured, and hence what will be restored. But seeing its current value now would be helpful.

The key element there is swVal=off. Upon restore, that would turn off the lights. What kind of device is Dining Room Chandelier? It could be that it is slow or failed to report its state. If that happens, then even though it's off, what Room Lights would capture is it still being on, and then restore that. You could add the device to your logs filter, to show its state transitions as well as Room Lights.
