So, I found that when I rolled my hub platform back to version 2.2.2.129 the notifications are working correctly again with the detail. Seems that the upgrade to 2.2.3.x broke the notifications sometime recently.

I think that may have simple been a coincidence in timing. The Hubitat Engineering team fixed the blank notifications issue on their end, not on the Hub.

You are correct. I applied the latest revision and my notifications are still working correctly. Thanks HE folks!
