I've swapped to Z Wave JS and thought all was well (thats what you get for thinking.....)
I've several Fibaro FGS-223 and 224 (Double Switch and Double Smart). These have been working fine for years but won't work with JS. I've been using drivers from the community as there are no Hubitat drivers for these devices (which I''m surprised at). How can I resolve this?
The problems:
FGS-224 Double Smart - Just doesn't work. Its online, but doesn't repond to commands (no errors in logs)
FGS-223 Double Switch - Turns on if commanded but when turned on from rules it does not update its status (no errors in logs)
These don't work? I don't have any of these, so I am not sure what drivers are what, but there are a plethora of Fibaro, they just seem to be labeled as "switch" or "implant" and not by model number.
That said, JS does seem to not work will with some community drivers for some reason. I am not sure if something on the Hubitat side is "broken" or whether it is the community driver itself. (or both?)
Mine are Double Switch and Double Smart that create two child devices so those don't work. I used the community ones by cjcharles and they've been fine until the switch. Looks like I'll have to fanny around trying to fix with ChatGPT. Somewhat pissed off to say the least. I've got Fibaro devices not working at all, Fibaro devices working not reporting status and others giving 'warn' errors in the logs.
You should have @bcopeland look at this, he has done tons of fixes for JS, and some of the recent updates were supposed to fix a lot of issues like this.
I've fixed the first one, the FGS-224, with ChatGPT. At first it wouldn't work at all, then it worked but didn't update its state when commanded from Hubitat, now it's working as it should. I'll see if I can fix the rest tomorrow (bed time here)
Will start a new thread as there are issues with system drivers not just community ones.....
Both drivers fixed with ChatGPT. Unfortunately as we can't see the system drivers we can't fix them so I've devices and rules not working.

As I am thinking of rolling over to the new z-wave update and I have some Fibaro roller shutters and double switches, I will probably face the same issues you had.
Could you please share the fixed drivers?
Can you confirm that these are working as before the update?
Hi @amithalp - You might find that the latest release currently in beta may fix the issues. Unfortunately it was too late for me (as my post for issues with other Fibaro products went without a response) and so migrated everything to Home Assistant (of course shortly afterward comes the big announcement that JS that wouldn't previously work on C8 miraculously will suddenly be available to all)
The Double Smart and Double Switch that I (ChatGPT) modified worked fine. I'll post them a little later when I'm back home.
