Hi, what is the best way to reset a status of a contact sensor using a tile on a dashboard?
For exp. "reset to open" or "reset to closed"
The possibility to reset the sensor is available in the driver.
Any suggestions?
You will need to make a rule to handle it.
Create a virtual contact sensor. This it what you will show on the Dashboard. In your rule set the virtual contact sensor state to control the active/inactive state override of the real sensor. Set the same rule to show the state of the virtual contact sensor based on the state of the real contact sensor.
