Hi Hubitat Team,
I am trying to update the firmware on my Innr AE 287 C Zigbee bulb. It is currently running v1.9.33.
When I click the Update Firmware button on the device page, the Live Logs return an update is not available entry. Since Zigbee OTA files are managed via Hubitat's central cloud cache, could an engineer please pull the latest production firmware file for this device into the repository?
The target version details are:
- Manufacturer/Brand: Innr
- Model: AE 287 C (RB 287 C)
- Latest Firmware Version: 1.9.64 (swBuildId: 1.9.64, released September 2026)
