AFAICT, Phyn doesn't have an open API. Until that happens, it is unlikely that there will be an official Hubitat integration.
With that being said, there is a reverse engineered Phyn integration for Home Assistant,. So one option would be to integrate it with Home Assistant, and then import it back into Hubitat using HADB.
Phyn also integrated with IFTTT, providing another avenue for integration.
