Request timed out


I gut the new device and trying to set up.
I found the device/IP in my network, but when I'm trying to get access on web interface - im starting to get "request timed out' when I ping the IP.
I have tried with a different network cable and power supply - nothing helped.
Please advice.

What brand/type of network device do you have the Hubitat Elevation hub plugged into? There are a few known hardware incompatibilities that the Hubitat Team has been working through. You may get better/faster support by submitting a formal support request to

With other one network switch (not PoE) all is fine.
