Not seeing an update when I hit firmware update, currently at 1F. Also is there a driver for this one outside of generic? for water sensor.

Is alarm control exposed via zigbee? The manual doesn't indicate it is.
I'm not sure, maybe someone from the company is able to answer?
The sensor doesn’t expose it. It only exposes leak (binary), battery low (binary), battery %, voltage (mV), and link quality (0-255).
