Request. "For how long" in seconds instead of minutes

Would it be possible to change "For to long" delay in custom rules to support seconds? Or at least decimals?

I have a device that sometimes randomly sends a false alarm for less than a second. A short delay in HSM would fix this, but I think a minute is way to long.

I’ve had sensors send false alarms in the past, changing the battery has fixed for me.
