The root can get messy pretty fast. It would be nice if there was support for folders so that apps could be logically separate.
As a small add it would be nice if the the column headers in File Manager were clickable to sort by name, date or size.

yup - folders make sense. getting pretty messy in the file manager root... sortable lists would be good too!
