Thanks That is the driver I tried and I can make the alarm do things directly from the Hubitat interface but I can’t seem to get it to alarm from the HomeKit integration.

What would be the first step would be to see if HSM can activate the siren, if so then it should have been properly paired & initialized. I tried to get HSM to turn it on and it doesn’t work. The only time I can get it to make any noise it when I set the “set melody” function and then only for 3 seconds. [IMG_5017]

I think it is misidentified, if it could be identified as TZE200_t1blo2bj it should work. At least it worked on zigbee2mqtt that way.
