Replace and restoring a hub - including Z-wave

Can you someone point me to the wiki in regards to removing and restoring a hub. I also have Z-wave devices that will be part of the restoration. I do have the full backup service. The present hub has a failed Zigbee Radio and has been confirmed to be defective.

Is this what you're looking for?

Please note that the above link assumes that you had an active Hub Protect service enabled on failed hub. In absence of Hub Protect service, you can save a local backup from the failed hub, then restore it on the new hub. Without Hub Protect, you will need to reset/exclude then include every Z-Wave device and reset/pair every Zigbee device. Hub settings, rules, custom drivers and apps are restored with the local backup.

I do have 'Hub protect service enabled'. The hub is functional just the Zigbee radio is not working and turned off.

Once I migrate how do I transfer my hub protect service to the new hub?

Please send me a message and we will transfer it for you.
