Repeat while expression can't be configured?

I am trying to repeat setting thermostats while their set point is not correct, because I have had flaky thermostat drivers. I can't seem to complete the "repeat while expression" condition. What am I missing ? Here is what I see

There is no "Done with this action", only "Cancel this action"

You have to define the repeat interval time.
