Reolink doorbell - notification when button pushed

Hello,

Is it possible to have a notification only when the button is pressed? I have the Reolink Poe doorbell.

Currently, I can only trigger a notification when the camera detects movement, using the method discussed in this article: Reolink Doorbell - receiving Visitor events in Hubitat

But it doesn't do exactly what I want and despite a few tries and searches I still haven't found it.

I have this doorbell and I have it feeding into my Synology Nas Surveillance Station. I'm using the same solution that was described by @richard-brown in the post you quoted. It works well.

Here is what I did (I have tried to include all the steps - apologies if it is unnecessarily detailed or if I have omitted something).... Go to Devices, Add device, select Virtual, give the device a name and type and number of physical buttons (I chose "Virtual Doorbell Button" and Virtual Button and 1). It can be done with the free version of Blue Iris or you can get Camect

Could you elaborate? I'm running the full version of Blue Iris and just ordered a Reolink doorbell. I'd like to send a notification to HE when the doorbell is rung. I know how to send HTTP commands from BI to HE but don't know how the use BI to detect the button press. TIA for any info.
