Remove Preference Manager after use?

I assume I can remove the Preference Manager app after I used it, but before I mess something up thought I'd inquire here. Any problems I might run into?

Mine seems to be not.

I just did a fresh install on my C5 and it seemed to work fine...

And my previous install on my C7 works too.
