Remove PC controller left over from removing ghost devices,

I have two PC Controllers in my Z-wave database that I can not remove. I have tried to exclude them using the USB stick. I have tried the remove button. Nothing works. They are device 18 and 46

mark them failed before trying to remove?

I tried that and they did not turn red. I don't know if there is a different procedure for pc controllers.

The problem is worse than I imagined. Node 46, the USB stick, has the role of primary controller. How do I shift that back to node 01?

it really doesnt. Regardless of what you see in the silabs software, hubitat knows its a secondary controller. One thing to try is to put the stick back in, shut down hubitat and unplug power for one minute and power back up to fully clear the radio then run an exclusion again

So they need to be removed ? I just check mine to disable them in case i ever need them again and i have and it worked and then subsequently disable again.

In z-wave details, I saw that the controller, node 18, showed a remove button. Pressing that, the spinning dots for about a minute, and the refresh repair buttons were back. Now all the buttons are grey. The z-wave is enabled section at the top has a cancel repair button. The stick is in the second PC, and the PC Controller is running. I was about to try the draining the radio and running the exclude again. What is the repair doing and should I let it complete before doing anything else?

It worked. I shutdown and waited 1 minute. I then ran a NWE on the PC controller and exclude on the Hubitat and the pc controller disappeared in both device lists. I never got a message that a device was excluded but it was gone. Thanks for the help.
