Remove deprecated tutorial videos (Rule Machine from 2018) and replace with new content

Hi,

This Hubitat Team created Rule Machine video is out of date and will greatly confuse new users. The current interface and functionality of Rule Machine is very different. This could really hurt our uptake with new users.

At a minimum, I suggest pulling the current video. YouTube

Nice to have, creation of a new video for RM4.
