Remotec ZRC-90 Scene Master
Does anyone know what Device handler I would need to get this into Hubitat please?
Try following these instructions from a while back.
and possibly this one
Thanks @ogiewon, but I couldn't wait for a custom handler, I decided to fly by the seat of my pants and just add the device as is, miraculously, it paired immediately with a system handler called "Remotec ZRC-90", and all button actions work, press, held and double pressed. I already have it working in WebCoRE, I'm very impressed with Hubitat (no idea why I spent a day looking up old device type handlers).
i use it to control a lamp and 4 bulbs in a ceiling fixture in my bedroom. started with button controller but couldnt do what i wanted so wrote rules..
this device works really well and batteries last years..
each button 1 -8 when pushed i have setting differing brightness levels, double tap is both lamp and ceiling fixture off, hold leaves lamp on but turns off ceiling fixture.

Moved these posts into their own topic, BTW, since they were originally posted in the topic created for a community app, Advanced Button Controller (ABC). This app, like most apps, is designed to create automations using devices on your system, in this case, button devices or button controllers. It does not create such devices or help you add them to your system, that being the role of a driver. You can then use the device any apps that support devices of this type, including ABC.
Added another remotec. Joined. But button presses only get seen by the hub like so... 2025-04-11 11:43:29.885 AMdebug
