I have two C7 Hubitat units 1300 miles apart. When I had one unit only remote access worked well. since I added the second unit when I am at either location remote access will not load other unit and I cannot access remote unit.
It simply refuses to access. Both units show as registered yet I cannot access the remote unit.
When trying to switch from one unit to the other the app simply spins and does not ever load the remote unit.
What software Hubitat version are you on?
If you go to my.hubitat.com do you see both units online?
Yes I see them as registered Units. Yet when you go to the Remote Admin page only the original unit shows. There appears to be no way for the user to update this page.
Platform 2.3.9.181 on the Michigan Unit
Platform 2.3.9.201 on the Florida Unit
Am at hte Florida Unit and cannot access the Michigan Unit. So have no way of updating the Michigan Unit.
Can you remotely set up a VPN on your router?
Under Registered Hubs both units show yet Remote access button shows a inactive on Michigan Unit. At the Bottom both units show Remote Access Subscription
No don't know how to do that?
